Reordering the Columns in a Table
You can reorder the columns in a table by using the standard Windows drag-and-drop technique:
1. Left-click the column header and hold down the mouse button while dragging the column to where you want to place it. A gray vertical line indicates the point of insertion.
2. Release the mouse button to drop the column in this location.
When you close the file, a window opens for indicating whether you want to save table layout changes. If you click Yes, your changes are saved to Table Format file. Changes made to Table Format files affect the table view for all users.
