Ignore Options
These options provide for ignoring the data in particular fields during the update of part data. None of these options are selected by default, which means that the data in these fields are updated.

Ignore duplicate part numbers
|
When selected, part data for duplicate part numbers is not updated.
|
|
Ignore field value - Additive adjustment
|
When selected, Add FR adjustment factor is not updated.
|
|
Ignore field value - Alternate part number
|
When selected, Alternate part number is not updated.
|
|
Ignore field value - CAGE code
|
When selected, CAGE code is not updated.
|
|
Ignore field value - Cost
|
When selected, Cost is not updated.
|

Ignore field value - Description
|
When selected, Description is not updated.
|
|
Ignore field value - LCN
|
When selected, Logistics control number (LCN) is not updated.
|
|
Ignore field value - Multiplicative adjustment
|
When selected, Mult FR adjustment factor is not updated.

|
When selected, Quantity is not updated.

Ignore field value - Reference designator
|
When selected, Reference designator is not updated.

Ignore operating parameters from user libraries
|
When selected, operating parameters in the System file are not updated with operating parameters from enabled Prediction Parts Library files. All three operating parameters fields for all part category/subcategory types are ignored.

Ignore operating parameters from Windchill Risk and Reliability libraries
|
When selected, operating parameters in the Prediction Library file or System file are not updated with operating parameters from Windchill Risk and Reliability libraries. All three operating parameters fields for all part category/subcategory types are ignored.

Ignore quality fields
|
When selected, quality parameters are not updated. All quality parameters for models supporting quality levels are ignored. Included in these models are MIL-HDBK-217, Telcordia, Bellcore, HRD5, 299B, and 299C.

Ignore ratio fields
|
When selected, ratio parameters are not updated.
|
|
Ignore Windchill Risk and Reliability part numbers
|
When selected, part numbers for parts retrieved from Windchill Risk and Reliability libraries are not updated.
|
|
Ignore temperature fields
|
When selected, the following temperature fields are not updated:
• Initial Temperature Rise
• Temperature Rise
• Junction Temp Override
|

Notify on each duplicate part number
|
Indicates whether to open the Duplicate Part window when a duplicate part number is encountered during the update of part data. When this checkbox is cleared (default), the occurrence of duplicate part numbers is ignored. When this checkbox is selected, the Duplicate Part window opens.
