When text fields in the System file has lists assigned, you cannot run a spell check because too many complications can arise. However, you can run a spell check against lists and list items in the List Library file. For more information, see List Library Files. If you are using the Enterprise Edition, you must have the necessary permissions. All permissions are set by your system administrator.
