Inserting a Table Row Between Other Table Rows
In many tables, you can insert a row between two existing rows. The exact name of the command depends on your table selection. For example, when you are inserting a row in the FMEA Table, FMEA Record replaces [Item] in the command names shown in the following procedure. The new row is inserted above the row you have selected in the table. For example, to insert a row between rows 5 and 6, you select row 6.
1. Select the row. For more information, see Selecting a Row.
2. Do one of the following:
Select Insert > [Item] Above.
Right-click and select Insert [Item] Above.
