Problems, FMEA Tree, Actions
The main table type for the report can be any one of several types. If FMEA Worksheet is the main table type, the report shows all FMEA Worksheet data, along with the FMEA tree data to which the actions are tied. Actions that are associated with problems show the associated problem data. Other main table types are handled in a similar fashion.
