Floating a Menu or Toolbar
You can float menus and toolbars in their own window and then move them to any location on your Windows desktop. For example, if you have a second monitor, you can drag a floating menu or toolbar to display it on this second monitor.
1. Position the cursor over the light gray horizontal bars that appear in front of the menu or toolbar. The standard cursor changes to a Move cursor.
2. Click the menu or toolbar and drag it to the desired location on your windows desktop.
3. Release the mouse button to place the floating menu or toolbar in this location.
The floating menu or toolbar, which is transparent, remains in this state until you dock it once again in the toolbar area. While you can drag and drop the floating menu or toolbar back into the toolbar area to dock it, to quickly return it to its last docked location, double-click it.

Double-clicking a menu or toolbar switches between floating it in its own window and docking it in the toolbar area. The menu or toolbar is placed in the last area in which you floated or docked it.
