File Name

The following table describes the properties that can appear under File Name in the Properties window for a report object. These properties appear only when a picture, or inserted image file, is selected.

Property	Description
Embed image	Indicates whether to embed the image file in the Report Design file. When this checkbox is selected (default), the file is embedded. When it is cleared, the file is linked.
File name	The directory path and name of the image file. When you click this property, a browse button becomes available. Clicking it opens the standard Windows window for navigating to and select a different image file. Supported choices for file types are: • Bitmap Files (.bmp, .dib) • Exif Files (.exif) • GIF Files (.gif) • JPEG Files (.jpg) • PNG Files (.png) • TIFF Files (.tif) • Windows Metafiles (.wmf, *.emf)
