When clicked, table results are saved to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, which is then opened if possible. Using this button is comparable to using the Create Excel Spreadsheet button in the standard toolbar to save table data in the System file to an Excel file. Because the data is copied into a spreadsheet that has no formatting applied, you might want to review the guidelines given in Creating an Excel Spreadsheet with Table Data.

When clicked, the Print window opens so that you can print table results to a printer. For more information, see Print Window.
