Enabling Files from Properties for the Common Library
You store the Graph Template, Import/Export Template, Report Binder, Report Design, and library files that you want to use with multiple Projects in the Common Library. For more information, see Common Library.
When you open this special Project in the Project Properties window, you can enable Common Library files in your Project files. For more information, see Project Properties Window.
1. Open the Common Library. For more information, see Opening a Project in the Project Properties Window.
2. For each file to enable in Projects, do the following:
a. In the navigation window, select the file.
b. In the Projects List pane, select the Projects in which to enable the file. You can click Select All or Clear All to select or clear all Projects and then customize your selections from there.

If you open a standard Project in the Project Properties window, selecting the heading for a Common Library file type makes the Common Library pane available. You can use this pane to specify which Common Library files of this type to enable in the Project. For more information, see Enabling Common Library Files.
