Displaying Additional Columns in the Data Definition Pane
In the Data Definition pane, the table displays the three columns by default: Default Prompt, User Prompt, and Data Changed?. You can add display-only columns for other properties specified in the Field Definition pane to the end of this table.
1. If the Data Definition file is not already open, then open it.
2. To add a column to the table in the Data Definition pane, do one of the following:
Select Columns and then the command for that column.
Right-click in the Data Definition pane and select the command for that column.
For example, to add the Precision column to the end of the table, right-click and select Precision.
Both the Columns menu and the shortcut menu displays checkmarks to the left of the commands for display-only columns that have already been added to the table. If you select a checked command, this turns off that column so that it is no longer shown in the table.
When all additional display-only columns are added to the table, a summary of configuration settings is available for all fields.
3. When finished, close the file.
