Creating and Using System File Folders
As described in System File Folders, when a Project has multiple System files, you can use file folders to organize them. You can create System file folders from the Project Navigator when you are in the file selection or file open state. For more information, see Project Navigator States. You can also create System file folders in the Project Properties window. For more information, see Project Properties Window.

In the Enterprise Edition, only system administrators and designated Project administrators can create System file folders. While a system administrator can create System file folders in all Projects, a Project administrator can create them only in the Projects for which he or she has been designated a Project administrator.
The System file folder is inserted below whatever you have selected in the System files area of the Project Navigator or in the Project Properties window. Some examples follow.
If the mouse cursor is placed over Systems, the folder is inserted beneath this heading.
If the mouse cursor is placed over a specific System file, the folder is inserted beneath this System file.
If the mouse cursor is placed over an existing folder, the folder is inserted beneath it, creating a hierarchical folder structure. No limit exists on the number of folder levels you can have. The only restriction is that folder names must be unique within a given folder level.
