Creating a File from the Project Properties Window
You can create a file from the Project Properties window.

If the file to create is a System file, you should licenses all modules you want to include in it prior to opening the Project in the Project Properties window. For more information, see Changing the Modules Licensed for a Session.

1. If the Project is not open in the Project Properties window, then open it. For more information, see Opening a Project in the Project Properties Window.
2. In the Project Properties pane, right-click the heading for the type of file to create and select Add New File.
The Create File window opens, with that file type as the default. Because you can create files only in the open Project, Project is display-only.
3. Complete this window. For more information, see Create File Window.
4. When finished, click OK to create the file. If the file to create is a singular support, Table Format, or Report Design file, you must first complete an additional window. The window that opens is the same as when a file of this type is created from the Project Navigator. For more information, see:
