Creating a Custom Toolbar
You can create as many as 20 custom toolbars using the Toolbars tab in the Customize window.
1. To open the Customize window, right-click in the toolbar area and select Customize.
2. On the Toolbars tab, click New. The Toolbar Name window opens.
3. For Toolbar name, type the name of the toolbar to create. Once you begin typing, the OK button becomes available.
4. Click OK to add the new toolbar to the Toolbars box on the Toolbars tab. The new toolbar is shown in a window.
5. For each button to add to the custom toolbar, do the following:
a. Click the Commands tab.
b. In the Categories list, click the menu where the command is found.
c. In the Commands list, click the command to add to the toolbar and drag it to where you want to insert it on the toolbar.
d. Release the mouse button to add the command to the custom toolbar.
6. When finished, click Close.
