Color
The following table describes the properties that can appear under Color in the Properties window for a report object.
Property
Description
Fill color
The background color for the object. The default is white.
*
When you click this property or the one for choosing text color, a drop-down control appears. Clicking it opens the same window as clicking the color control. For more information, see Using the Color Control.
Show risk level color
Indicates whether to display the background for a risk level field in the proper risk level color when such a field is placed on a report. This checkbox applies only to the FMEA Worksheet fields in which risk levels are stored. All other fields ignore this property. When a report is generated for a particular FMEA, this checkbox determines whether to show risk level colors for its initial and resulting risk matrices as the background color for risk level fields. When this checkbox is cleared (default), no background color is shown. When this checkbox is selected, the proper risk level color is shown. The risk level color overrides any fill color or threshold color that might be specified.
Text color
The color for the text of the object. This property appears for all objects that contain text. This excludes only pictures, lines, and boxes.
Use fill color
Indicates whether to use the color selected for Fill color for the background of the object. When this checkbox is cleared (default), the fill color is not used.
