Table type
|
The table in which the data field associated with the control resides. The default for a new control is the table with which the form is associated. If associating a control with a field in a foreign table is permitted, the tables from which fields can be selected appear in the list.

Data field
|
The yes/no data field associated with the checkbox. Choices are all yes/no fields in the selected table type. If this table is not the one associated with the form but rather is a foreign table, the field is inserted as display-only.
