Under OpSim in the System file properties, this property indicates whether duty cycle is taken into account in OpSim calculations. Until the next full release, when Duty Cycle Percentage is added to the OpSim Blocks table, User Value 5 is used to store this value. It is assigned a custom prompt of Duty Cycle Percentage to avoid any confusion. When the checkbox for this System file property is selected, Duty Cycle Percentage is shown on the Failure page in a block’s Calculation Properties window. For more information, see Failure Page.
