In versions prior to Relex Studio 2008, a single Table Format file existed for the FMEA Worksheet table. When converting files created prior to Studio 2008, this Table Format file is copied to make separate files for component, functional, and process FMEAs. These three separate Table Format files are then enabled in the converted Project. Having separate Table Format files for each type of FMEA allows you to customize which fields are shown in their FMEA Worksheets.
