Viewing a FMEA Report
To view a supplied FMEA report:
1. In the Project Navigator, under Reports > FMEA Reports, select (Common) FMEA Standard Design. Because a record selection is required for report generation, the Report Properties window opens
2. Under the Record selection heading, select System Functional FMEA.
3. Click OK to generate the report and open it in a preview window. You can use the toolbar in this window to print your report, move through its page, switch between a two-page and one-page view, zoom in and out, and close this window.
4. When finished viewing the report, do one of the following to close the window:
◦ Select > .
◦ Click the close button
