Specifying Group Permissions
You specify the permissions to assign to a Windchill Risk and Reliability group from the Groups area. You specify the permissions to assign to an LDAP group from the LDAP Groups area. The following procedure is applicable to both of these areas.
1. In the shortcut bar, if the appropriate Groups area is not active, click its icon to make it active.
2. In the Groups pane, click the group with the permissions to modify.
In the Users area, you cannot modify the permissions for the Administrators group. These permissions are display-only.
3. In the Permissions pane, specify the permissions for the group. For permission descriptions, see
Permission Descriptions. You can click the
Grant All button or
Deny All button to quickly provide either all or no permissions for a group and then customize permissions from there.
