Displays all existing Windchill Risk and Reliability groups and provides for inserting new and deleting old groups. When you open a Project’s Data Definition file in the desktop application, you can assign this list of groups to any text-based field

Displays function, system component, and support file permissions. You can customize the permissions for any group selected in the Groups pane except the default Administrators group. You cannot modify or delete the Administrators group, which has full permissions. For more information, see:

Displays all users defined in the Users area so that you can indicate which to assign to the group selected in the Groups pane. For more information, see Users.

Displays all licensed modules so that you can indicate which the group selected in the Groups pane can acquire. The changes you make here also affect the selections made in the Licensed Modules area, which is described in Licensed Modules. All groups are initially allowed to acquire licenses for all modules.

Displays all global Start pages that have been inserted in the Start Pages area so that you can assign one to the group selected in the Groups pane. You can assign only one global page to the group. This page is the first page in the Start Pages window for group members in the desktop application. For more information, see Start Pages.
