Installation Process and Post-Installation
Windchill Risk and Reliability REST Services is installed and updated by the Windchill Risk and Reliability installer. It is bundled with Windchill Risk and Reliability releases under Windchill Risk and Reliability Web Services option.

Post-Installation steps
• After installing Windchill Risk and Reliability REST Services, make sure that the WQSFiles folder is created in <Installation Directory>/OData folder. If it is not created automatically, you must first create this folder and ensure that it has all the required permissions (add, edit, modify) granted to the appropriate groups and users.
• If Windchill Risk and Reliability is installed under C:/Program Files (x86), configure security option for OData folder under install directory with one of the options mentioned below
◦ Give IUSR full control
◦ Give Authenticated User group full control
• Enable the following features under IIS. Refer to Microsoft documentation for more information.
 | Disable the WebDAV Publishing under IIS. If it is enabled, it will cause the PUT requests to fail. |
