On the Inverse Fisher Matrix page, once you click Calculate, results are shown in a matrix. The row and column headers indicate the parameters for the variances/covariances contained in the row/column.

When Competing Failure Modes is selected as the model in the Weibull Parameters pane for a parametric life data set, Failure Mode appears at the top of the Inverse Fisher Matrix page. For more information, see Competing Failure Modes. For the failure mode selected, you can view calculated values in the matrix. If Failure Mode is unavailable, then either calculations have not yet been performed or errors have resulted.
