Hybrid Parts Supported by 299 Models
The 299B and 299C models support hybrid calculations for the parts in the following table as well as for some part subcategories of integrated circuits. For more information, see Hybrid Integrated Circuits for 299 Models. For supported parts that are not integrated circuits, these models assign constant failure rates. For supported parts that are integrated circuits, these models compute failure rates in a similar manner to that used for non-hybrid integrated circuits. The failure rate equations are the same for both parts count and parts stress predictions. Any part for which a hybrid calculation is not supported is assigned a failure rate of zero.
