When a FIDES 2009 hybrid is selected in the System Tree Items table, the first field in the Hybrid pane is FIDES Hybrid Process Grade. It shows the process grade to apply to the hybrid or multi-chip module to evaluate its design and manufacturing. The default process grade of 2.5 is used when you have not evaluated its design and manufacturing process.

To obtain more a more accurate prediction, you click the browse button for this field, which opens a window in which to perform the evaluation. When you first clear Use default value of 2.5, all other checkboxes in the window become available. As you select the checkboxes that apply, any checkboxes that are no longer appropriate are made unavailable. When you click the green checkmark to close this window, the hybrid’s newly calculated process grade is shown for FIDES Hybrid Process Grade. Clicking the red X closes the window without saving your changes.
