Entering 217Plus Integrated Circuits
The following table describes the part parameters required for integrated circuits when 217Plus is the selected calculation model. This model supports all but the following subcategories of integrated circuits:
• Custom
• SAW - Surface Acoustic Wave.

Year of Manufacture
Integer
The four-digit year in which the device was manufactured (such as 1998 or 2004). The default is the current year.
Package Type
Choice List
Indicates how the device is packaged. Choices are:
• Hermetic
• Non-Hermetic
Junction Temp Override
Real (Degrees C)
The 217Plus model for integrated circuits does not provide for temperature changes. To meet customer demands for a way to make a temperature adjustment, Junction Temp Override is provided. For more information, see Basic Temperature Parameters.
