FTA Calculation Results
When FTA calculations are finished running, you can view results for the top gate in the View Calculation Results window. If you have calculated results for multiple modules, FTA results appear on the FTA Results page. The results shown depend not only on the FTA calculation type but also on the selections you made on FTA property pages in the Calculate window.
• For time dependent trees, results for the primary time point appear above a table. Results for each specified time interval then appear in the table. The Excel and Print buttons below the table provide for saving table results to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet or printing them to a printer. For more information, see Excel and Print Buttons.
• For Lambda Tau trees, the steady state results you selected for calculation are shown for the top gate.
• For SAE trees, the probability calculation results you selected are shown for the top gate. If the probability value calculated for the top gate is less than or equal to the maximum allowable probability specified on the General page in the Properties window, Meets Safety Criteria is set to Yes. Otherwise, it is set to No.

In the FTA Style file, you indicate the calculation results to display in the diagram for gate and event text boxes. For more information, see FTA Style Files.
