Printing One Incident per Page in a FRACAS Report
If desired, you can customize FRACAS reports so that the details for each incident are shown on a new page.
1. After opening the Report Design file, select Report > Sorting and Grouping. The Sorting and Grouping window opens.
2. Click Add. The Edit Sorting and Grouping window opens.
3. For Table type, select FRACAS Incidents.
4. For Data field, select Incident Identifier (or the custom user prompt assigned to this field).
5. Indicate the sort order.
6. Select Group header, which makes Start groups on new page available.
7. Select Start groups on new page.
8. Click OK to close this window.
9. Click OK to close the Sorting and Grouping window.
Once these new settings are saved in the Report Design file, when you generate the report, each incident appears on a new page.

When you click Edit in the Sorting and Grouping window, the Edit Sorting and Grouping window does not display Start groups on new page. To start groups on a new page for an existing Group Header, right-click its heading in the Report Design file and select Properties. In the Properties window, select New Page Before.
