Zoom Commands
When you are working in a diagram module or in a Form or Report Design file, the Zoom Tools toolbar makes zooming in and out on the diagram easy.
To quickly show and hide the Zoom Tools toolbar, right-click in the toolbar area and select Zoom Tools. Repeating this step switches between showing and hiding the toolbar.
The following table shows the buttons in the Zoom Tools toolbar when they are available for selection and also describes what each one does.
Button/Tooltip | Description |
 | When clicked, the mouse cursor changes to the Zoom cursor.  You then position the Zoom cursor and click on the area to zoom in on. In a diagram, you can also zoom in and out by pressing and holding down the Ctrl key while rotating the scroll wheel on the mouse. |
 | Zooms in on the current page. You can also zoom in by pressing and holding down the Ctrl key and pressing the plus (+) sign on the numeric keypad of your keyboard. |
 | Zooms out on the current page. You can also zoom out by pressing and holding down the Ctrl key and pressing the minus (-) sign on the numeric keypad of your keyboard. |
 | Provides for selecting a zoom level from the many percentage values listed. Values range from 10 to 400 percent of the original size. The zoom level here becomes the default in the Set Zoom window, which is described in Set Zoom Window. |
