< Me > and < My Group > Filters (Enterprise Edition Only)
The < Me > and < My Group > filters are available only in the Enterprise Edition. The < Me > filter is available anywhere you can filter a field that is attached to a list of users. The < My Group > filter is available anywhere you can filter a field that is attached to a list of groups. When you select is equal to or is not equal to for the filter condition, < Me > is the first item for a list of users, and < My Group > is the first item for a list of groups.
If you select is equal to and then < Me >, the table records shown are only those for the currently logged in user. If you then change the filter condition to is not equal to, the table records shown are those for anyone but the currently logged in user
If you select is equal to and then < My Group >, the table records shown are only those for the same group as the currently logged in user. If you then change the filter condition to is not equal to, the table records shown are those for any group but the one for the currently logged in user.
For example, in the FRACAS Incidents table, if Person, Corrective Action Entry was tied to the < All Users > list, you could select is equal to and then < Me > to limit the incidents shown to only those where your name is entered for corrective action entry.

The < Me > and < My Group > filters are not applicable to alerts. Because no user or group is associated with an alert, if you select < Me > and < My Group > for a field when building an alert criterion, no matching records are found.
