Using Audit Trail Filters
You insert Audit Trail filters in the Filter file for the Project so that they can be used with Audit Trail reports. The procedure for creating an Audit Trail filter and saving it to this Filter file is the same as that for any other type of filter. In the window where selection criteria for the filter is specified, you select Audit Trail Header or Audit Trail Detail as the table type. You then select the field and specify the condition and field value. For more information, see Inserting Selection Criterion for a Filter in the Filter File.
All of the fields that can be used in an Audit Trail filter are described in Audit Trail Header and Detail Records. You can use Audit Trail filters only with Audit Trail reports. During report creation, you specify the type of a report to create. Following its creation, you specify the Audit Trail filter to use in its Report Properties window.
