You use forms to enter more detailed information for the active table record. Forms are based on Form Design files. For more information, see Form Design Files.

Some modules, such as Windchill Maintainability and Prediction, have default forms on which you record detailed information about the assembly or part selected in the System Tree Items table. In some cases, you cannot modify these default forms. For example, you cannot modify the Prediction Data forms in the Prediction module. However, in most cases, you can modify existing forms and create new forms. For example, you can modify or create forms for the following tables: System Tree Items, Parts Table, and Configurations.
