Specifying the Page Layout
Once controls are inserted on a Start page or a dashboard, you can set up the layout of the page. To accomplish this, you first select one of the layout designs, which indicates the number and width of the columns to use. You then move the controls to where you want them.
1. On the Start page or dashboard that you want to lay out, click the Layout tab. The Layout page appears.
2. Select one of the pre-configured layout designs. The options available are:
One column
Two column (column ratio 30/70)
Two column (column ratio 70/30)
Two column (column ratio 50/50)
Three Column (column ratio 33/33/33)
Three Column (column ratio 20/60/20)
All controls are shown in the first column by default.
3. Drag and drop the controls to where you want them. You must click the control’s title to drag it to the desired location.
