Set Password Window for Files with Passwords
The Set Password window for files with passwords provides for modifying or removing a password from a Team file. The following table describes the options in this window. For more information, see Changing or Removing a Password Assigned to a Team File.

Enter the current file password here
The password currently assigned to the file.
Enter the new file password here, leave blank to remove
The new password to assign to the file. You can enter any combination of alphanumeric characters and even use symbols. To remove a password, you leave this field blank.
Confirm the new file password by retyping it here
To ensure that you did not make any typographical mistakes in entering the password, you must re-enter the new password again. To confirm the removal of a password, you leave this field blank. When you click OK, the passwords entered in both fields are checked to ensure that they are identical. If they are not, you must respond to the prompts that appear until these two passwords are identical.
Allow opening the file in read-only mode without password
Indicates whether users can open the file in the read-only mode. When this checkbox is selected, users who do not know the password for a file can open the file in the read-only mode.
