Select Files Page
The Select Files page is shown by several wizards. The hierarchical tree on this page shows the files you can copy from the source Project into the target Project. All files in the source Project are listed. When this page is shown by the New Project Wizard, Copy to Team Project Wizard, or Package for Email Wizard, all checkboxes are selected by default. When this page is displayed by the Copy Files from Project wizard, no checkboxes are selected by default.
Guidelines follow for selecting files on the Select Files page.
Selecting the top-most checkbox for the Project switches between selecting and clearing the checkboxes for all files in the Project.
Selecting the checkbox for a file type switches between selecting and clearing all files of that type. If no System files are selected for copying into a new Project, an empty System file is created.
When you select a checkbox for a file, checkboxes for related support files are automatically selected. Several examples follow.
When you select the checkbox for a Report Binder file, checkboxes for its Report Design files are also selected.
When you select the checkbox for a Form Set file, checkboxes for its Form Design files are also selected.
When you select the checkbox for a System file, checkboxes for its Form Set file, Form Design files, and Table Format files are also selected.
If you clear checkboxes for any of these automatically selected files, they are not copied. When you click Next, the Wizard Complete page appears. You click Finish to complete the copy procedure.
