Resetting Your User Options to Default Settings
You can restore your user option in the Options window to the installation default settings. Performing this procedure also deletes your My Filters file.
1. Exit Windchill Risk and Reliability.
2. On your computer, go to the folder where your Windchill Risk and Reliability settings and personal filters are stored:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\PTC\Windchill Risk and Reliability\VERSION
In this path, USERNAME is your Windows user name.
3. Delete the folder for the current installation. For example, if you are using Windchill Risk and Reliability 12.0.0.0, you would delete the folder for it.
This folder contains only user-specific files, such as RlxOpt.mdb and your My Filters file. If Windchill Risk and Reliability does not find this folder when it next starts, it re-creates it and the necessary user-specific files, thereby restoring the installation default options.
4. Start Windchill Risk and Reliability.
