The Print window opens when you initiate the printing of a report, table, or form. Because the orientation for a report is specified by its Report Design file, the Orientation option is unavailable when you are printing a report. If you select an appropriate printer and click OK, the report, table, or form is sent to the printer. If you first want to specify additional print properties, you would click the Advanced button to open the standard Windows Print window, where more print options are available.
