Moving a Report Object
You can use any of the following methods to move one or more objects in a report section of the Report Design file to another location in the same report section. For information about selecting more than one object, see Selecting Multiple Report Objects. You can also use these same methods to move objects in Form Design files and diagrams. When you move objects in diagrams, their connectors are also moved.
Use the standard Microsoft drag-and-drop technique to move objects to an approximate location. This consists of selecting the objects to move, left-clicking and hold down the mouse button while dragging your selection to where you want to place it, and then releasing the mouse button to drop the selection in this new location.
To make minor adjustments to position, ensure that the Num Lock key is not pressed; then, click the object and use the arrow keys on your keyboard to move the object in the desired direction.
To precisely align or adjust the position of several objects, use the many commands available on the Format or Layout menu and on the Layout toolbar. For more information, see Format/Layout Commands.

To move one or more objects to a different file or diagram in the same System file, use the cut-and-paste technique. For more information, see Cutting and Pasting a Report Object.
