The Move File to Common Library window provides for moving a file selected in the Project Navigator to the Common Library. For more information, see Moving a File from the Project to the Common Library.

When this window opens, it lists all Projects to which you have permissions. The current Project is selected by default so that the file remains enabled in this Project. You select all Projects in which you want to enable this file once it is moved to the Common Library.

To make the selection process easier, you can click the Select All button or Clear All button to select or clear all Projects and then customize your selections from there. If no Projects are selected when you click OK, all files are moved to the Common Library but they are not enabled for use in any Project.
