Inserting an Announcements Control
When customizing a Start page, you can insert an Announcements control. You use this control to view announcements inserted by other users and to insert announcements yourself.
1. If necessary, click Customize to view the customization area.
2. Click the Announcements button.
The control is inserted on the page. You can now insert, modify, and delete announcements. Each announcement includes a title, the name of the person inserting the announcement, and the announcement itself. For announcements marked as High Priority, titles appear in red.
