Importing Serial Numbers
During the import of serial numbers into the FRACAS module, the Handling Existing Serial Numbers page appears so that you can indicate what to do if a serial number is already in use by any incident in the FRACAS Incidents table. For more information, see
Serial Numbers.
1. On the Select Table page of the Import Wizard, select Serial Numbers.
2. Click Next. The Handling Existing Serial Number page appears. The checkbox for overwriting serial numbers in existing incidents is blank by default.
3. Indicate whether you want to overwrite existing serial numbers and click Next.
