Closed Incidents and Problems cannot be edited
|
Indicates whether the data fields for closed incidents and problems can be modified. This includes records tied to closed incidents and problems in FRACAS subtables and the FRACAS Maintenance Logs table. When this checkbox is cleared (default), fields for closed incidents and problems can be modified. When it is selected, fields for closed incidents and problems are read-only. An incident or problem is considered to be closed when Closed is selected for the record. This checkbox remains available when this property is selected so that the incident or problem can be reopened.

Force unique serial numbers to be entered
|
Indicates whether to require unique values for the Serial Number (FRACAS) field in the System Tree Items table. When this checkbox is cleared (default), field values entered do not have to be unique. When this checkbox is selected, field values must be unique.
