Error Saving Form Data Window
The Error Saving Form Data window opens when you have entered invalid data on a form and then attempted to leave the form. For example, assume that you have entered 1000 in a temperature field where data values can range only from -99.9 to 999.99 and then attempted to leave this form. A window opens, indicating the valid range for this field:
The data must be in the range -99.9 - 999.9.
When you click OK to close this window, the Error Saving Form Data window opens, indicating that changes were not saved. When you click OK, you are returned to the form, where the invalid data for this temperature field has been removed. If you select Do not show this message again prior to clicking OK, this window does not open the next time that this situation occurs. Instead, you are simply returned to the form, where the invalid data for the field has been removed.

In the Options window, General > Show warnings when saving forms controls whether the Error Saving Form Data window opens. When this checkbox is selected (default), the window is shown. For more information, see General User Options.
