Determining if a Filter Has Been Applied to a Table
When a filter is applied to a table, a filter icon appears in the upper left corner of the table. This icon also appears when a Filter by command that affects the table is turned on.
Positioning the mouse cursor over the filter icon displays a tooltip that indicates the criteria for the applied filter. A tooltip displaying filter criteria also appears when the mouse cursor is positioned over the filter selection control in the standard toolbar. For more information, see Standard Toolbar.
