To prevent any accidental data loss, a confirmation window opens. Because deleting a record also deletes all of its children, this window indicates whether the selected records have children. When you click Yes to continue, if this record has children, a second window opens for confirming their deletion. This is remind you that deleting the parent record also deletes the child records. You must click Yes in this window to delete the parent record and all of its children.
It is possible for another user to delete a record. If this occurs, #DELETED appears in the text fields of this row, and no values appear in its other fields. Once the table is refreshed, deleted records are no longer present.
