Deleting a Sorting and Grouping Criterion
You can delete a sorting and grouping criterion for the open Report Design file using the Sorting and Grouping window.
1. If the Sorting and Grouping window is not open, select > to open it.
2. Select the criterion and click Delete.
A window opens, indicating that the deletion of this item deletes the group header and footer associated with it, along with any objects that they contain.
3. Click Yes to delete the criterion.
