Applying a Saved Filter to Limit or Order Records
When certain tables or their forms are active, you can apply a filter to limit the table records shown. The following topics describe the two different methods available for applying a filter:
If a new record is inserted in a table or form when a filter is applied, it is shown in the table, even if it does not meet the criteria specified by the applied filter. To refresh the table, do one of the following:
Press F5 to refresh the view.
Apply the same filter or a different filter.
Select --No Filter-- to remove the applied filter.
