Add Table Format Record Window
The Add Table Format Record window provides for inserting a field in the Table Format file. The following table describes the options that can appear in this window. For more information, see Configuring a Table Format File.

Table type
|
The table containing the field to insert. The default is the table that the Table Format file is to configure. If inserting fields from foreign tables is permitted, other tables are available for selection. For more information, see Foreign Tables.

Data field
|
The data field to insert. You can choose from all fields in the table selected in the previous option. If the field is in a foreign table, it is display-only.

This button appears only when the Table Format file is for a FMEA Worksheet table. Clicking this button starts the Add a Field Wizard, which allows you to insert a FMEA field in the FMEA Design file and save configuration settings for it to the Data Definition file. For more information, see Using the Add/Edit a Field Wizard.

Clicking this button starts the Edit a Field Wizard, which allows you to make changes to configuration settings for the selected field and save them to the Data Definition file. For more information, see Using the Add/Edit a Field Wizard.
