Add List Choice for Groups/Users List Window
The Add List Choice for Groups/Users List window is used to map original group or user list values in the System file to newly inserted values in the System file. Based on the mappings you specify, the new values are used to update the original values in the System file and List Library file.

Original value
A value previously entered in the field that is present in its choice list.
New value
A new value entered in the field that is not found in its choice list.
Always use this value when ‘X’ is found
Indicates whether to replace all occurrences of the original value with a new value. In the option name, ‘X’ represents the original value. When this checkbox is cleared (default), the Add List Choice window opens so that for each item, you select the value to replace the original value. When this checkbox is selected, the value selected replaces all occurrences of the original value.
Always use this value
Indicates whether to replace all occurrences of the original values with the same value. When this checkbox is cleared (default), the behavior depends on whether the previous checkbox is selected. When this checkbox is selected, the new value replaces all occurrences of the original value.
