1. If the toolbar is hidden, right-click in the toolbar area and select the command for it.

2. To open the Customize window, right-click in the toolbar area and select Customize.

3. Click the Commands tab.

4. In the Categories list, click the menu where the command is found.

5. In the Commands list, click the command to add to the toolbar and drag it to where you want to insert it on the toolbar.

6. Release the mouse button to add the command to the selected toolbar.

7. When finished, click Close.
