Viewing and Modifying Stress Data

For an ALT data set, you supply stress data in the Stress Model window.

1. In the LDA Navigator, select the ALT data set.

2. To open the Stress Model window, do one of the following:

◦ In the ALT Parameters pane, click Stress Model.

◦ In the ALT Data Points pane, right-click select Edit Stress Model.

◦ Select ALT > Edit Stress Model.

3. Complete the window. For option descriptions, refer to Stress Model Window.

4. When finished, click OK.
